Triffid Seedling

Like its titular plants, the BBC's adaptation of John Wyndham's Day of The Triffids was somewhat slow but undeniably chilling. But the Triffid design was ahead of its time, streamlined and organic. Accompanied by the sound of their pre-Predator rattle and the deadly swish of their whips, they seeded countless childhood nightmares.

This hand-sculpted resin art figure is inspired by the classic design. It stands 15cm tall in its ceramic plant pot. It comes in a bespoke glasshouse style box.
